What an amazing experience! The amount of options of Korean and Japanese food on their menu is incredible. The atmosphere was lively as the restaurant is small, it felt so personal. All our food was 10/10..just want to go back to eat more!
O’Shio is a great spot! The location is superb and the food and service is even better. There’s a wide selection here and you’d think having both Korean and Japanese would reduce the quality for each but that wasn’t the case. The Kimchi Stew was a particular highlight. Really good tempura too.
This is the best food I’ve tried in Brighton(lived here 21 years) everything I had was the best version of the thing I ate, also really nice staff 10/10
