Had a tasty almond croissant and dirty chai here a couple weeks ago! The space is cozy, the baristas were friendly, and there’s an upstairs as well as back garden for extra seating!

Amazing quirky coffee shop. My go to cafe and I am very sad to be moving from Brighton as it is away from this lovely place! Cake is quite pricey but there's enough for 2 people as the slices are huge and it is delicious cake. (Definitely try the Nutella and banana!) Upstairs there's a lovely table seat which overlooks the lanes and the sun comes in beautifully. My partner is quite picky with his coffee and only likes great quality coffee and he rates their coffee very highly. The staff are always very lovely, friendly and helpful also. Would definitely recommend.

The place has really good atmosphere but the staff wasn't the most helpful, they weren't rude or anything but I wouldn't visit for the welcoming feeling. The coffee is good though

Really good coffee with a selection of plant based milks plus a good range of vegan cakes and other goodies. Friendly vibe. In the heart of North Laine in Brighton's trendy district. Sit inside or out. Good value for money.

A quaint, rustic and cozy little coffee shop with an adorable coffee garden round the back! I needed somewhere to work whilst on a day trip and this was the perfect place to do so; serving strong, flavourful and delicious coffee and scrumptious cakes! The staff were also incredibly friendly and happy to chat, will definitely be returning if I'm ever back.

Fantastic coffee shop with fun and friendly staff. They know their coffee and have delicious homemade cake. A total treat and one not to be missed if you love a bit of “you”time. Outside seating is cute and lets you spy on the interests of Brighton. Hot barista 😜

The best almond croissant I’ve ever tasted. There is a rustic, minimalist aesthetic here and it looks fantastic. One slice of cake is enough to feed a small family and I cannot recommend it enough. The seating is quite hard wood and not necessarily the comfiest but the drinks and food are fantastic.

I think it is the best place for coffee and cake in Brighton, the cake slices and options are delicious, the coffee varieties are wonderful, and it is quite cosy inside or during summer it is a nice place to stop outside in the bustling street. We'll worth a visit if you're walking through North Laine and fancy a sweet treat.

Popular place offering a good range of tasty food, coffee and loose tea. Terrific cakes. Friendly efficient staff. Nice little garden out back adds to its charm. Quiet and cosy upstairs. Ideal for working on laptops. Sunny outside seating. Toilets out back. Useful late closing 19.00.

Gergo “Coach G.” Jonas

Nice little place. Very good coffee. Of course you'll find almond, soy and oat milk here. Also they sell sweet cakes like red velvet and many more. You can sit outside on Sydney Street wich is very famous around here in Brighton. Good place to take a break, have a nice drink before continuing your shopping and wondering. Lovely staff and great customer service.
