Lovely welcoming pub in the heart of Portslade Old village. Recently under new ownership, the place has been transformed. Good selection of beers, with regular guest ales. Food is only availiable on Sundays, but the meals are good and reasonably priced. The beer garden could do with a makeover, but
Nice friendly local with 2 separate bars selling good real ales

Great pub, staff and locals. Lots of well attended function nights.
The best pub around Portslade, well run, friendly and comfortable, live bands at the weekend, absolutely fab
I used to be a Friday night regular here for ten years in the 90s-00s. It's a lot tidier and cleaner now and the toilets are a major improvement. Nice garden area with benches albeit the dog toilet gives it a slightly unpleasant smell. Good service and would return again.

I moved into the village about a year ago and only recently started to visit this place as I'd heard terrible things about it and then it was closed for a while. Now it is back open with new management who are really trying to make a go of it. They have introduced a varied food menu (the chef is gre
Wow Susan Smith, anyone would think you were a little bitter about toy girl! and by the looks of things, you have been adolescently trying to sabotage local businesses with your key board frenzy....In other news, a more helpful review: This pub has a genuine friendly atmosphere, it is completely dog
