Lovely little Italian cafe, good selection of food. The arancini are beautiful and for what you get it's pretty cheap. Well worth having a little look in if you're in the area, I guess they struggle a bit due to there being a bunch of Italian food places on St James street but Cafe Etna are certainly offering something a little different.

Friendly Italian run establishment - cafe, good food and toilets as well just in case u drink too much ,yes they do have toilets and nice cosy again.
