I visited here to pick up some limited edition coffee and some hot chocolate I had run out of and was impressed with the friendliness of the whole team. I spoke to the manager, Annalise about various hot drinks and had a great time learning more about Whittard products. I also signed up to their top taster club and got 2 free samples as well, plus I was able to try some of their drinks in the store.

Absolutely divine!! Love that you can sample their stuff as it makes it so much easier to choose what you like! Highly recommend the Turkish Apple flavored tea and Orange hot chocolate! The Sticky Toffee pudding hot chocolate is amazing too! I think I just found the best place to get presents!

Always fun and entertaining to come here!! Our favourite coffee” Monsoon Malabar” is available here . On my last 2 occasions a gal named “ SARA” helped me. She is very professional and knowledgeable and always smiling . I feel good when I leave the store after having her serve me!! Thanks Sara and Whittard!!

Very nice store and the staff were so friendly especially the girl who served me on Wednesday 2nd august and she offered me a new bag too because my little bag from another store I had lost its life due to the very wet and windy weather. I love the decaf tea I purchased here!

Lovely tea shop. I have noticed that there is less staff than usual despite the size of the shop. However, the staff that I see always seem happy to help and ensure the best experience they can. My current obsession is with their hot chocolates, specifically their salted caramel one. So when I can I travel from down from the capital to get it.

This shop was absolutely lovely! Clean, well-stocked, lots of free samples that were all fresh and hot- and very tasty! A huge shout-out in particular to the staff member who answered all our aeropress questions- I'm afraid I didn't catch her name, but she was tall with a long brown braid. She was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable and offered really amazing customer service. Thank you so much!
