Whittard Of Chelsea Brighton - Brighton - Photo album

I visited here to pick up some limited edition coffee and some hot chocolate I had run out of and was impressed with the friendliness of the whole team. I spoke to the manager, Annalise about various hot drinks and had a great time learning more about Whittard products. I also signed up to their to
Absolutely divine!! Love that you can sample their stuff as it makes it so much easier to choose what you like! Highly recommend the Turkish Apple flavored tea and Orange hot chocolate! The Sticky Toffee pudding hot chocolate is amazing too! I think I just found the best place to get presents!
Always fun and entertaining to come here!! Our favourite coffee” Monsoon Malabar” is available here . On my last 2 occasions a gal named “ SARA” helped me. She is very professional and knowledgeable and always smiling . I feel good when I leave the store after having her serve me!! Thanks Sara and W
A nice selection of great coffee! And a particular shout-out to Gemma working the coffee bar today for her kindness, patience and expertise in helping me choose some coffee that works for me! Will absolutely be back for some excellent customer service ☺️
Very nice store and the staff were so friendly especially the girl who served me on Wednesday 2nd august and she offered me a new bag too because my little bag from another store I had lost its life due to the very wet and windy weather. I love the decaf tea I purchased here!
What a nice place with a wide range of tea, chocolate and coffee. I liked the fact that you could taste some of their products. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff - and excellent range of teas to boot. I signed up with my email to become a member and got two free teabags - nice!
I was served today by Elouisa, who was extremely helpful and friendly! Lots of tasters out, and very well kept.
Lovely tea shop. I have noticed that there is less staff than usual despite the size of the shop. However, the staff that I see always seem happy to help and ensure the best experience they can. My current obsession is with their hot chocolates, specifically their salted caramel one. So when I can I
This shop was absolutely lovely! Clean, well-stocked, lots of free samples that were all fresh and hot- and very tasty! A huge shout-out in particular to the staff member who answered all our aeropress questions- I'm afraid I didn't catch her name, but she was tall with a long brown braid. She was v
Very welcoming place! You can always try samples (tea, hot chocolate…) and discover new flavours. I recommend their mango and bergamot tea!
Walked 4 miles (yes, could have taken the bus) to buy the, in my opinion, best hot chocolate. On website it was on offer but not so in store so felt gutted! Happy to pay full price for the 70% cocoa.
I really appreciate the service I received today, the ladies who helped me today were so friendly and kind!
I’ve visited this place two days ago, it is a lovely place. They have amazing teas coffees and hot chocolates. I wasnt sure what to buy so i tried some of the teas and there was a staff named Sara, she was really helpful and friendly. She helped me to choose the tea and she was very nice. I recommend
All the tea!!! Some amazing blends and friendly staff. There are tasters as well so you can try most of the blends. Also vegan hot chocolate.
It's very nice hot chocolate powder and tea... but what I absolutely enjoyed about my visit to the actual shop was the staff. Well there was really just 1 woman in there but she was an absolute delight. She was incredibly kind and helpful and while it might be part of the general shop experience, I
Lovely food though the 'specials' can seem quite pricey. Very busy at weekends and I feel the tables are crammed a little too close together, but it's better in the week when not quite so busy.
This classy tea shop is one of the get finds in Brighton. It is tucked away on a long street full of shops from the sea front to the main road. The cups and cutlery is from a topical English story from Alice in Wonderland. I could not discribe better myself. The are so many teas, coffees and Hot ch
I visited the Whittard today. Prices are really attractive and there is a very wide sellection of teas, coffee and even more. One of the biggest pros of that place is customer service. I met Sara today and she is absolutley amazing. She is very kind, helpfull and she is very committed to her job. I
