This franchise never fails to impress. Grill chicken beats nandos any day,charred to perfection and cooked just right, Not dry! Good value for money, all shops show consistency throughout which is always a good sign!

The atmosphere is what you make it. A decent chicken shop right outside West Kensington station. It's what you would expect from a chicken shop. The food quality was above average so I was happy. It was made fresh. I would always advise going for grilled food as it's fresh. I purchased 3 fried wings too but they were dustier than your mother's DMs. This is what I meant about getting grilled food instead of fried. It's hit or miss as you will either get fried food just fried, or sitting there for 20 mins plus. It's west Kensington, so I believe the prices were higher for this. Usually not an issue but this combined with the dry wings will have to drop a star by 1. The staff were kind and provided a fast service.

Chicken looked maybe a bit pink but we didn’t get food poisoning, so. My wrap was good, a lot of sauce though. Chicken was good in general.

Chicken cottage west ken - a local favourite. Grilled selection has really improved but still find it on the pricey side. 10 grilled wings, chips and drink is £9. Since the refurb I have noticed the price rise but still the best chicken shop in the area
