Chicken Cottage

Just moved into the area (a flat above the shop). Food was so nice their burgers are lush and I got to choose my own chicken pieces. My husband loved them. Disappointed no gravy but guys offered to make me up a beef one but I declined. Had corn on the cob instead. So fresh and succulent hubby loved it too. Guys were so professional and willing to.please their customers. Lots of regulars coming through the door as on first name terms so that is a testament to the restaurant. Halal too. The atmosphere is what you make it. A decent chicken shop right outside West Kensington station. It's what you would expect from a chicken shop. The food quality was above average so I was happy. It was made fresh. I would always advise going for grilled food as it's fresh. I purchased 3 fried wings too but they were dustier than your mother's DMs. This is what I meant about getting grilled food instead of fried. It's hit or miss as you will either get fried food just fried, or sitting there for 20 mins plus. It's west Kensington, so I believe the prices were higher for this. Usually not an issue but this combined with the dry wings will have to drop a star by 1. The staff were kind and provided a fast service.
