First time there, it was really good! I had the 8" Italian on wheat and a cup of chili! The sub was really good and I'd order it again. The chili was okay, nothing special and gave me instant acid reflux after 2 bites but I'll probably eat the rest later.

I’ve had Firehouse subs 3 times (all from this location) and I have not been disappointed. The turkey they use is AMAZING and I wish I knew what brand it was, cause it’s my favorite turkey I think I’ve ever had. I’ve only gone in once and the 2 gentleman that served me were very friendly. I would recommended this chain over other certain chains.

The new management has definitely brightened up this location! Matt was friendly and professional and Jeannette did a great job describing some of the menu items. This is our new favorite sandwich shop in Brighton. Can't wait to go back!

Very clean and friendly staff! Matt and Jeannette were amazing to work with! Store has done a 360 since my last visit. Fresh tasty food, brisket and Cajun chicken sub to die for!

Unfortunately, I don't think we will be returning to Firehouse subs. He did a carryout order for two medium subs and two children's. The two children's didn't have cheese, like the menu states. And the milk that was given with the children's meals had expired 2 weeks prior. I did call to let the restaurant know so they could take any other milk off the shelf. The subs themselves were a little bit lackluster in flavor, But we're okay for a quick meal. Just our opinion.

Staff was very friendly and they were quick to make our order. The food came out hot and fresh. It was made well and not sloppily put together like some places.

I like the decor and that they support local fire fighters. Everyone was friendly enough, but I just really don't like their deli meat. We ordered a hook and ladder and a hero sub. The meats tasted like the Buddig single serve packets you see hanging in the deli section at Walmart. There are plenty of reviews saying they love the food so maybe it's just a matter of personal taste, but I can't see myself eating here again.

The sandwiches here make me feel all types of ways. The the fully involved Italian is my all time favorite. The service is always fast and polite. Plus, you can order online and have it ready when you walk in. They also have the Free Style Coca-Cola machine so you can make some insane drink combinations that would be impossible otherwise.
