Panera Bread

Looks like they didn't have anything I ordered so they just gave me whatever they had. Only thing they got right out of a $55 order was the 2 bread bowls (got Mac and cheese instead of broccoli cheddar soup). If they would have just called me I would have switched my order. But what good is a bread bowl for Mac and cheese!?!?!?!!

I placed an order at this Panera just before close and drove 20 minutes out of the way to pick it up. When I arrived they locked the doors and we’re ignoring me at the window, where I just wanted to show them my order. Feeling turned away I left, and it was not until I called a manager that they told me I could come in, but by then I had already had to leave because of time and didn’t eat dinner that night. Not very friendly staff.

I got chicken as an add on to my Mediterranean sandwhich pick 2. It was slimey and fatty. I called and told a worker on the phone. She was very nice. She pffered me to remake my sandwhich..but I don't have time to go pick it up or I would have said yes. I honestly didnt care for the Mediterranean sandwhich at all..but that part isn't their fault so I didn't mention that part. However, I spent 12$ on half a sanwhich and a small cup of soup..so I expect quality. The chicken was really nasty it ruined the entire sandwhich. Couldn't eat it. Nice worker over the phone. But poor quality.
