El Taco Loco Mexican Restaurant

I'll give it a two star because the food was alright. There were several other people who came in after us, that were served before us. We waited 30 minutes before we got our drinks. Our waitress was very distracted and only helped our table once throughout our meal. No refills. Had to drink sparingly. There were other female waitresses that were hustling and doing a great job. Unfortunately we did not receive the same experience. Thought we would give this place a shot because of the good food reviews. Good food should also have good service. As the two go hand in hand. Very disappointed, will not be returning.

I understand that the whole world is short staffed and any time you go to El Taco Loco it's going to be at least a minimum of an hour wait. That is perfectly understandable and I've accepted it. What's not acceptable is waiting over an hour for your food then receiving food that is undercooked in one order and food that is still cold like it came right out of the fridge and was poorly microwaved in another order.Shame on you Taco Loco! Your staff is overworked, and it shows in the quality of your product! Your food is over priced mediocre at best and the over all experience I had at your facility was poor! I've included a picture of the under cooked pork chops in hopes that you can property train your you kitchen staff!

I use to have this place rated at a 5 stars but recently there actions here have made me have a sour taste in my mouth. The food is usually pretty great but the biggest down side is ordering and paying for food that you want, and getting home to finding out that they charged you for food that they did not even give you. When you call them to let them know of there mistake they don't even care to pick up the phone. I have given them multiple chances to fix this problem but it's happened 3 times now. If you decide to eat here please eat inside so you can fix the problem there.
