Buffalo Wild Wings

We had no problem with the service, our server was great! But our food was horrible! This was my first time at this location and by far not the best food. I ordered a Chopped Cobb Salad and who would think that would be horrible. The bacon was not crispy or even warm. No boiled eggs like the description on the menu, small portion. The kids food was good. Husband got wings and they're o.k, but didn't come with carrots/celery on the side. I will not be returning, I was very disappointed.

Great servers here! Personable and knowledgeable. 😍 Food came so fast! Hot and fresh! Great flavors, as usual for BWW. And they have Truly on tap! We did the 10 boneless for 10 boneless! Great deal. My only complaint is there not being sweet tea. 😬 Every place we've been from KY to CO to WY and back has had it. Ijs... Lol

Brighton restaurants need to up their game. We ordered a 10 piece and got 8. The wings weren’t even covered completely. Tater tots were over cooked. They have been slowly going downhill but today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Even the carrots looked dry and they don’t slice them anymore. Just buy a bag from Walmart and put in a logo container. The queso we ordered was also another Walmart buy and tossed in the microwave, slopped it in a drinking cup and called it good. I can’t speak for the chain everywhere but Brighton’s (along with a lot of other restaurants) are just not worth the money.

This location is horrible. I've stopped going for long durations of time, and then go back thinking maybe they got better. Either the order is completely wrong, or something at least isn't right. I deliberately order my wing "Extra Wet" trying to ensure they get properly coated in sauce. Even then, they barely put sauce on the wings. I'm done with this location.

Service was great. Food sucked. Chicken was chewy, and tiny, tiny portions. BW3 has taken such and incredible nose dive in the last 5 years. 5 Chicken tenders are literally 1/3 the size they used to be and cost 50% more. Do the math. You can't blame that just on inflation. Go to Popeye's and get your chicken tenders. Exponentially better, and more chicken for your money. Wild Wings had better get their game back on track or simply close their doors. They used to be pretty good. Those days are gone!
