Great experience all around! We were stuck at a hotel with nothing since our movers showed up early and I requested plates; which they brought saving us a trip. Thank you for the great job and delicious food.

Horrible! Why offer contactless carry out if you're not even going to pay attention to the notifications? After a very long day I did not want to go inside to pick up dinner, thought it would be quick and easy, park in the designated area and text the phone number listed on side sign. I did that, and then waited 10 minutes, my stomach is getting angry now. I go inside and was told by 2 different people that someone would help me in a moment, well that someone came out and got my name then opened the warmer and pulled my order out. When I told her that I text that I was here 10 minutes ago, she said "sorry, we didn't hear it". Here is a picture of the poor excuse of dressed wings. The customer service here has gone way downhill over the past few years. Go with another pizza place, this place is so horrible.

It's been a while since we were able to find a sit down pizza hut. Miss that. The service was excellent . Katelynn was friendly and cheerful. Food was great, hot and fresh. We will most definitely be returning.

Horrible wait times. Called several times kept getting routed to a call center because no one answered the phone after 4 rings. After about 4 calls to the store someone finally answered. They said "thank you for calling pizza hut can I put you on hold" then just placed me on hold. Didn't even have a chance to speak. Then I was on hold for another 5mins wasting my time on this location. So don't waste your time on this location either.

We paid $70 for burnt, barely edible pizza. The dogs enjoyed it, but don't waste your money!

The store was pretty dirty when we walked in. Nobody greeted us. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks. We walked outside for 20 minutes while waiting for our order to be cooked. I came in to pick up the order, and the cashier asked the one of the employees where the breadsticks were for the order. Nobody responded. She turned to me and said, "they forgot to put the breadsticks in, so it will be another 10 minutes. Sorry about the wait." There was almost zero communication from any of the team members amongst each other. It was almost tense and awkward. It didn't appear that there was any sort of shift lead or manager present. Overall, I think if they could work on their customer service skills and maybe team building skills, it could be an amazing environment for everyone!

Great customer service. I recommend calling them or ordering in person. I ordered online in Brighton Colorado and it sent my order to the store in Douglas Wyoming. Both stores were very understanding and one transaction was made and the other one cancelled. Food was fast hot and delicious 😋

I walked in, got seated, got two tiny slices of pizza, the dining room was mildly busy, i asked is there more food coming, she said yes, the 35 minutes I was there only one plain pizza was brought out the one this and crispy, the only problem is there was 20 people. I wasted my money. Took this picture, and the lady yelled at me infont of everybody said I couldn't do that get the hell out. Really nice and professional totally ruined my lunch and I got ripped off yet bucks. Something needs done about this.
