We were told all the chicken sandwiches were sold out because a few cars ahead of us ordered a ton of them and they were behind. My husband said ok, but they’re not sold out, just have to wait right? And the gal said it would be a 20 min wait. Like what…for a chicken sandwich? First off you don’t stop selling an item because your behind, you stop selling an item because you’re OUT of the product. We took our business elsewhere. The owner seriously needs to rethink their employees they have at this location. I will be calling the owner as well as contacting corporate.

During my visit the tables were dirty and there were a lot of flies. Maybe I was there on a bad night? But I just got done convincing my family that this combined KFC/Long John Silver's was a good idea to eat at. So, Dad ruined dinner on the road trip. The food was fine, the drinks I wanted from the sofa fountain either didn't work or the Co2 was off. The worker were polite and cleaned up once I brought it to thier attention.

We told the gal at the register we needed a moment to look at the menu, so she walked away and went to chat with her friend about 15ft away. She made us stand there for 5 minutes. I do believe we were being punished because we needed a moment. What seemed to be the manager told her twice that we were ready to order but she ignored him, too. It was very strange! Lol. The restaurant area was a mess, but no one attempted to clean it the whole time we were there eating our dinner. It was veeeeery slow and there were several employees in the back. That was a bit surprising, too. The Long John Silver's dinner was great, but that was all. I felt "dirty" eating there, but didn't have a choice that day. The employees clearly take no pride in their store. A shame.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My service here today was BEYOND terrible. I waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes, I went to the window no one was there, I went inside and there were 3 kids standing around chatting at one of the dining tables. I explained that I was waiting in the drive thru for over 5 minutes the guy said they were short staffed I said there are 3 of you standing here there's no one in the drive thru and no one in here, he says, "I'm sorry..." I asked about the cinnabon special (the sign says get a meal over $10 & they're free) the lady says you get a meal over $10 and they're free I said yeah my meal is $26 she said it's only chicken meal. Considering the drama I just experienced she should've just said you can have them for the inconvenience. While waiting for my meal one of the workers leaves to the gas station son next door comes back with drinks, meanwhile these employees are short staffed. The female is talking about someone almost dying and cursing away. We realize that they didn't even ask what sides we wanted so I ask them, "Did you want to know what sides we wanted? " The says oh yeah, well our food got bagged say on the counter and they decided to start our sides all while our food is sittinng there getting cold. One guy asks the other guy to make the corn the one who left and came back he states he doesn't know where the corn is, the female says to the other kid didn't you bring out the sides today. They kept blaming this tall kid meanwhile everyone is standing around talking while he's the only one working. They're short cause no one's working but him! I finally said I'm done I want my money back the female gets very defensive and says she can't give me my money back I said I've been more than patient I'm done and I want my money on my card she sd she couldn't credit my card but would give me the cash. All while she as well as the other kid whis doing nothing are arguing with me. They also stated they couldn't give me the district managers info. There were 9 cars at wendy's and not 1 here. This is why. They should just shut down if they can't work and clean it up. They need to eliminate that break table everyone stands at and get a real manager here to monitor or lead these kids that are out of control.
