Papa Johns Pizza

Employees were great, food excellent, store very clean. Sorry about the 17th I didn’t eat all day so I’m was little confused and unstable. I appreciate all the help I got from the employees. I only do Papa John’s the other pizza places don’t cook there food, employees are rude , and dirty, Again Thank You Very Much.

We've ordered Papa Johns a few times in the past few months. One of those times, we only got half of our order, so I called and they sent someone out with the rest of it. The manager noted that it was the delivery person's first day, so I understand that mistakes can sometimes happen. Once we had our full order, the food was good and we were satisfied. Another of those times, everything was good. It was delivered on time and the food was hot and good quality. Tonight, we weren't highly satisfied with the quality of the food. One of the items was cold, one of the items was supposed to have no sauce for me, because I'm allergic to tomatoes, and one of the items was just sopping in sauce. I called the store number to let them know about the one that was supposed to have no sauce, only because I am unable to eat it with sauce. Unfortunately, I never got through. I called 6 times and got a message every time that the number is no longer in service, has been disconnected, or has been changed. So I called corporate and waited on hold for 10 minutes hoping that they would have a different number I could call. They did not, but they were able to open a ticket for me to get a refund for my item. So, suffice to say, when we receive all our food and it's correct, we are very satisfied. But I'm only rating 3 stars because it's been kind of 50/50 on that front.

I DO NOT recommend eating here better to go to pizza hut!!! I was hoping for contactless delivery but the driver insisted otherwise my pizza was not cooked all the way very doughy my chicken wings where aweful slimy and didn't taste very cooked either I didn't get my extra sauces I PAID for called for a refund because I spent over $45 and I keep getting excuses the area manager doesn't trust the store to refund so I have to talk to him it's been several days and no one will contact me or give me my refund total waste of my money I will not be eating here ever again
