Fish Tank

Its not cheap but it is worth spending that extra little bit to get a better product. The fish of the day was brilliant, the batter was crisp and full of flavour, the fish itself was thick yet tender, it just fell apart in your mouth. Squid was a little bit chewy but it was proper squid not minced squid. The chips were great, well seasoned with chicken salt and just perfectly cooked

An impromptu day-trip to Brighton Beach ended up with the best fish & chips we've ever had. We purchased the Fisherman's Delight - such superb value. The freshness of the fish & fried scallops (with the roe inside) was exquisite. A beautiful day made that much better. Quality such as this is why Melbourne is one of the most likeable cities in the world :)

Service was OK and staff fairly friendly, however they asked questions on how you would like things, take away or eat in and then forget to do them. Wasn't busy, so not really a rush hour issue. The fish and chips are good, but I wouldn't go as far as saying they are memorable. All in all, neither great nor terrible, unfortunately forgettable.

Ordered half dozen oysters, but two of them are smelly and didn’t taste good, only three oysters tasted good, the last one tasted weird but I sallowed it; the staff explained they are all arrived today and unwillingly gave me a new one; they should have done proper quality control when severing; Won’t recommend to have oysters there.

FAVOURITE FISH N CHIPS HANDS DOWN ! ...so far. This place is my fish n chips cravings safety net at the moment. Everytime i get that fishy feeling. I head here and get treated for my addiction. These guys serve up the best fish n chips in the area. You will pay for it $$ but its worth it. Also very diet friendly here. Its easy to locate and easy to find parking. A short stroll from the water. The staff are great here . Greeks love fish n chippies and this gets the chocco tick of approval! Keep up the good work Fish Tank 👏
