Fab place! Get my morning coffees everyday day! So conveniently close to work. Staff are great. Coffee is awesome and food is and always has been fresh and very tasty! Salads amazing, baguettes are delicious and burgers a really just omg yum! Highly recommend!

First time I visited the cafe was good. The bagel was nice and service was ok. The second time wasn’t so good. The goulash literally had 6 pieces of meat and was way to salty. For $22 it’s just a rip off

Usually a good cafe, but service today from Indian lady on counter was hopeless. Told me to “hang on” whilst I was at the counter and then proceeded to spend five minutes messing about doing god knows what. Zero customer awareness shown. Zero urgency. I walked out. News flash, serve the customer in front of you. It’s not that hard. You can do your paperwork or punch in another order into the register when customers are not at the counter waiting for service. Crazy theory I know 🤪

Usually I love Bossy Boots but today my order was forgotten and it felt like no-one cared. All I got was excuses - oh staff are new, oh we are really busy. How about just a sincere we are really sorry, we stuffed up and what can we do to make it up to you? But no - the team leader just made me and the staff member responsible feel much worse. Sad. Really puts me off ever going again.

Really love this small cafe, very sweet and simple. The coffee is lovely and tasty. For Lunch I had the cannelloni with the garden salad. The staff lovely and friendly, they have some delicious looking cakes and other savory snacks.
