What amazing service we received last night. Due to roadworks my daughter and I arrived into Brighton late and with very little time to eat before our show.
Zoe picked up the phone to me twice, firstly she confirmed that they will keep our table and the second time she allowed me to order our pizza's over the phone to save time when we got there.
She was so welcoming when we arrived and then sorted out an issue I was having with a voucher ensuring that the bill was paid long before we needed to leave.
Lovely pizza and very happy us... we made our show with 15 mins to spare. Thank you!!!!

Came in for an amazing lunch with friends! We were seated by Felix and promptly served. Rachel guided us though the menu and provided recommendations. Both Rachel and Felix were so accommodating and welcoming, we felt at ease. They are both a credit to your company! Thank you so much for having us!

Dining in is often pleasant here. The actual pizza itself is delicious, it’s always cooked to perfection, finished with a sensible amount of toppings, and is never too hard or too soft.
Regarding service, it can on occasion take a while to get served, so you may end up waiting a while. However, staff are all very friendly, usually happy to assist with allergens, and take your order quickly.
Waiting time for the food to come out is usually about 15-20 minutes in the majority of my visits, which is satisfactory. They deliver your drinks orders first so you can sip whilst waiting.
It’s also usually very quiet inside, not that there aren’t many people, because it is often packed, but it is such a spacious and airy restaurant that actually it is never loud.
The toilets are down a staircase to a lower level of the restaurant, what might be the basement. Sometimes I have noticed the stairs and toilet floors can be wet, but there are usually wet floor signs out.

The food at Pizza Express today was decent enough but the service was outstanding!
Amid a busy Saturday afternoon, our waiter Sarah was extremely friendly and accommodating, cracking jokes and generally creating a lovely experience for our group - she was also really kind to my elderly mum who wasn’t feeling well.
The only thing better than good service, is to see someone take pride in their work and Sarah achieved both. Bravo!

Came in today for lunch with my partner. Service was amazing and staff were caring and we were well looked after. Food came fast and was absolutely amazing. Portions were just right. Been here a couple times now and both times we’ve had amazing service. We really felt welcomed from start to finish. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work.

Food was ok, quite expensive for what it is and there are better pizzas restaurants in Brighton. Halloumi fries were rather soggy.

So a heads up if I can. This restaurant no longer provides Menus so you have to look it up online by your smart phone you can do this via the QR code left on the table or via the website. This is easy enough if you are phone savvy but can be an issue if you are not a great one with your phone and technology.
Also in August especially during the government promotion of £10 off you have to book a table we sat down and ate without issue trying to get a booking reservation without any success it transpires that all the local restaurants are busy with this promotion which horse is it some tension so booking is key.
As for the food and drink expect hot toasty and no issues whatsoever so cannot find fault not that we were looking for of course.
