I know this place is relatively new which brings a great willingness to do well. The staff were lovely and the prices extremely fair. It's good to see pubs not completely take the mick with pricing. OH I nearly forgot to mention the toilets, yes it's odd to mention in a review but they are extremely clean and unusually good for a pub.

The beer - good selection of Harveys beers but disappointing that there was no Best Bitter. One beer was off but was changed without query - they need to check them before start of service.
Decor - as you would expect it has been fully refurbished and looks really smart.
Food - the burger was good but I was amazed when they said they don't provide cutlery, so eating is a rather messy experience (hence the title); the chips were excellent.
What an excellent selection of Harvey's beers. Food not available today unfortunately as had planned to eat here buy mo problem as plenty of places to eat nearby. Enjoyed very much several hours of a very good singer and guitarist so stayed longer. This couple a regular feature every fortnight .

The pub is so beautifully refurbished by Harveys Brewery and the suite Hotel rooms are stunning..The staff are extremely helpful, kind and they go above and beyond their duty always
Absolutely fantastic!!! Every day, some kind of offers, like happy hour, or burgers on discount, board games to play etc etc,,, definitely go and visit if you are in Brighton and prices are bargain! Stuff are so relaxed and friendly, portions are big so ask before ordering 😄
Loads of vegan burgers and hot dogs. I had the German option which was loaded with gherkins, vegan bacon bits and sauerkraut. Really tasty.
Very welcoming and friendly customer service, I bought a cocktail and it was divine so I will definitely go back there again.

We were a large party and the were helpful is getting us comfortable and moving tables around until we were. There is a nice little secluded back garden. Food was OK, nothing really special but quite OK, chips were nice. Prices reasonable.
