Unbelievably cool whisky bar! Great atmosphere, quirky decor, staff who are so friendly and knowledgeable they rapidly feel like friends. Great whisky cocktails for those who don't love the neat amber stuff, and a dazzling range of the amber stuff, from traditional to VERY modern. This is the opposite of a mahogany and leather whisky bar: when we're next in Brighton we will be back with bells on!
What a place! Walls and walls of glowing whisky. Not just your regular run-of-the-mill whiskies, this place has a truly amazing collection. As a whisky novice, the team are always super helpful in recommending new drams to try and there's always a lovely crowd of people there.

Hidden little place in the lanes which is an absolute gem of a find. The guys in here make you feel welcome as soon as you come through the door and don't over sell their whisky knowledge. Very friendly atmosphere and not trying to be something special. Could not recommend more. This is the whisky bar Brighton has packed for a long long time.

Welcome to flavour country. Had such a good time here, trying the whiskies and chatting to the staff, even drawing on the walls! The selection is unrivalled locally (start planning your next trip now). Highly recommend! Good music too (bonus points for a sensible volume, where you can still hear people talking)
What an amazing place! Walls full of every whisky you can imagine. I went for a tasting session and was blown away by the variety that was stocked. The knowledge of the person running the place was just fantastic.
If you're in Brighton, interested in whisky, and don't check out CYWL, you're doing yourself a huge disservice... Their whisky collection is second to none, their cocktail menu is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable (shoutout to Hugo!).
I can't wait to go back for a sampling session asap!
