Popped in for a meal whilst visiting Brighton. Can honestly say it was one of the best currys I've ever had. Food was outstanding, and service and friendly welcome were much appreciated. Definitely worth a 5 star+ rating!

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Cardamom last night while visiting my sister, Definitely recommend! Hussain was so friendly and accommodating made our evening so much nicer, food was 10/10 and the free dessert he kindly brought over was delicious! (Ferrero ice cream😍) All in all a great experience and will definitely be back. Thank you Hussain and the Cardamom team for a great night😊look forward to coming back.

Went on a Wednesday night and Thursday lunch in October. First time going here: Amazing time: was very quiet but worth going into. Had great food and awesome service from Hasan. Best curry and my husband loved it and we would recommend this great place. Will be happily travelling back to have great meal.

Amazing Indian food. Found it by chance on our way to France. We spent our youth in Bradford so we know a good curry. I think this may have been the best we’ve ever had. Brilliant service as well. We will leave this place very content and will definitely return. 11 out of 10. 👍

We really enjoyed our dinner here yesterday. We had pani puri to start off with and then a delicious paneer jalfrezi and one of the best chicken kormas I've ever had! It's a quiet place with attentive and friendly service, that probably would benefit from more sit-in customers as it seemed like the takeaways were humming. So if you're looking for a fantastic Indian, look no further!

When I travel in the UK my favourite evenings are those when I try out the Indian restaurants, to look for those hidden gems. And this one is certainly a jewel. What great service and the best lamb biryani so far. Probably one of the best in Brighton. Superb.

Amazingly delicious food. Beautifully presented. Best daal I have ever eaten (and I've tried a lot!)
Our host, Hussain was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. A real gentleman.
Food portions are great, you won't leave hungry.
Great for vegans and according to our host, the vegan offering will increase and be clearly marked on the menu when it is next updated (soon). Fabulous!
