We had privilege to taste chef Dave’s delicious food for a few times and only we can say is wow !! Absolutely delicious, beautifully presented food! I must admit I always was a bit sceptic about British cuisine, till the day I tried modern British food in Furna ! Tasting menu was worth every single pound we paid ! All team such a lovely people !! Host Ross is “ walking wine encyclopaedia “ do trust Ross to help you to choose pairing wines ! We can’t thank enough for pleasant , cosy , welcoming evenings we had ! Highly recommend to visit Furna ! We Will be coming back for more 100% . Thank you very much !

Brighton without a doubt has one of the best food scenes in England and every year there is something more exciting that comes up and pushes the scene forward. One such place is Furna. Right from the ambience to service to wine list to food…. this place excels in it all. The tasting menu is packed with flavours showcasing seasonal and local produce paired with some great choice of wines. It’s a joy to watch the chefs working in the state of art open plan kitchen and some courses are brought to your table and served by chefs themselves which makes the experience more personal. Presentations are beautiful. Service team is very hospitable and well trained. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great dining experience in Brighton.

Absolutely amazing Sunday lunch at Furna. Delicious snacks to start followed by the smoothest pumpkin soup accompanied by the Furna signature Parker House roll. The beef wellington was so tender and the treacle tart was divine. Cheese and fig roll were the added bonus. Rosie never disappoints with her range of lovely cocktails. A lovely relaxed atmosphere for Sunday lunch. Looking forward to sampling the Christmas menu. Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible restaurant. Every member of staff is a credit to their industry, displaying expansive knowledge and passion for their food and profession. The food is exceptional, some of the best I've had the pleasure to sample. The decor is absolutely stunning, elegant, and stylish. All of the above creative a wonderful atmosphere, a true gem. Looking forward to seeing what's to come from this team.

Surprise meal for my dads 70th birthday. A stunning meal that we will both remember. Every course from start to finish was incredible. The intricate snacks were a highlight to get the meal started. The team were knowledgeable and passionate about the food they served and it showed in the service. Wine pairings by Ross were really interesting and we loved how they enhanced the food. It was also great to have wines we havnt had the chance to try before! Thank you to Dave and the whole team for making it so special. Will definitely return again soon!

Literally my favourite restaurant in Brighton. The sophistication of not only the atmosphere but the food and service is second to none. It’s such a beautiful venue with a great open kitchen so you can see the magic happen. The food is some of the best I’ve tasted and I’m always trying to find excuses to go back.

What a wonderful addition to Brighton. Everything was just amazing, from the food to the cocktails. The restaurant had a lovely feel. Tastefully decorated to a high standard. Tables are well spaced and it felt special from the moment we walked in. We started with cocktails, which were all exceptional. The mixologist certainly knows her stuff. We had the taster menu with wine pairings, both of which were stunning. Each course was presented beautifully and clearly explained. The service was formal, but relaxed, which made for a lovely atmosphere. If I’m hypercritical, I would have liked a bread each, rather than one between two. Not only was it absolutely stunning, but I found the carb balance slightly off, and think having one each would have addressed this. However, everything we had was so lovely, and would go back without hesitation.
