It's a Lidl. The service is good, does what it needs to do. Yes there is a barrier to stop shoplifters from buggering off. All you need to do is scan your barcode on the receipt once items are purchased or make yourself known to the self service Clark. I never usually have wait very long when I come here even on busy days.
You have to dig deep to find fresh food. The bottom of the freezers are disgusting and need a clean. There are always obstructions in the way and the store is poorly managed. The self service till redesign is frustrating. There are few staff members that need some customer service training. Especially the dismissive Spanish guy
