I come here regularly with friends and family, most recently I visited the The Bulls Head with friends and my daughter on Saturday. The food was top notch, the service was great and what's more my daughter ate for free! The fact the pub is kid friendly makes it all the more enjoyable, there are great playing facilities for kids. The prices are also very reasonable, I would highly recommend this pub to anybody.
Friendly staff and great tasting food. The portions are of a good size and it's definitely great value for money. Massive car park and plenty of space inside means you'll have no excuses not to pop in for a bite to eat and a nice pint.
Lovely old fashioned pub. The food we had was nice and fresh. It wasn't too busy but still had a good atmosphere. The staff were attentive.

We had the most tastiest carvery we had had in a long time.
The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seated us on the lower floor as we had our pushchair with us.
The service was lovely.
We loved the play area outside for the kids too, was a really lovely place.
The prices were very reasonable also.

The new management and staff are much more organised and attentive and the Sunday carvery is excellent value. A good choice of roasts carved to order and you help yourself to veg etc. We brought a dog along so ha to sit outside, but plenty of space undercover. Perfect.
Tried this place one Friday night for a change and we loved it. Ordered the garden fence which is a huge rack of ribs which were suberb comes with chips and coleslaw. Been back now four times on Friday nights and excellent every time. Staff are so friendly and make you welcome and prices are really good value for money. Great menu, would recommend nice country pub.
Came for Sunday lunch with friends, although the staff were under pressure due to the number of people they were friendly and helpful and professional, the carvery was well priced and delicious with a good selection of food. We have booked to come again soon.
Just passing by this pub in Brinklow and decided to have something to eat, it was a choice of the local chippy or the Bulls Head, we chose the Bulls Head. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was awesome and the portions were plentiful, I can recommend the spare ribs and I can honestly say its the biggest rack of ribs I've had, plenty if meat on them taste good and cooked well, for me a bit too much BBQ sauce but that's because I don't usually have sauce on my food anyway. The Bulls head is set out nice and spacey, it's for of a eatery than a local pub and it's ideal if you've been down the road to Coombe Abbey for the day and looking for somewhere to have dinner on the way home as we were and the prices are not over priced. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Had lunch today, vegan chilli, my friend had fishcakes, also had vegan pistachio icecream, also gluten free icecream pistachio, it was yummy 😋 definitely recommend. Staff were lovely and helpful.
It's a good while since we were last there, I think the menu may have been going down in some way. We tried it again and it was okay. Play area for kids and on the day it was great. I'm sure that we'll go back.
