What can I say? Probably the best Thai restaurant in Brisbane! Seriously good food Not only that service is spot on too. Could not fault anything & this is second visit. This visit my order was a prawn dish, lots of fat succulent prawns in a spicy sauce with vegetables in a rich coconut sauce just beautiful, what more can I say ? Thanks guys we will be back!!

4 stars for the food, overall it's good but not impressive. But I don't like their tricky way to make you order online. I was asked to scan the code put on my table, which at first I thought it was only to view the menu. I soon realized it was an ordering system, and before I could check out I needed to fill in a lot of info, including name, email, whether to create new account, whether to receive marketing emails etc. They only accept credit card, plus credit card surcharge. However, right after I had done this I was shocked to notice the table behind me still paid in counter, with cash (they also gave discounts on cash payment). When I finished my meal, I found some paper menu outside their door, with $2 cheaper than what I saw online.

Banana Leaf serves some amazing Thai food. Our favourites are the Tom Yum Prawns and the Pad Thai. The flavours of the Tom Yum are divine, and I love that it captures sourness so perfectly. We have always had our meals as take away from here, and the whole process from ordering to picking up has been smooth with no mishaps. We'll definitely keep coming back for the Tom Yum soup.
