Grill'd

The waitress brought out our gluten free burgers and said “hey gals, we put the buns through once. Let us know if they’re not edible”. Firstly, it’s beyond me why you’d even serve this to paying customers. The burger bun was literally charred & rock hard on both our burgers. Secondly, this is not the first time we’ve had a terrible experience with incompetent staff or poorly cooked meals at this particular grilld.

Was very happy with the quality and service we received when eating here for dinner. We got our burgers and chips within 10 minutes of when we ordered. So was very quick service. The customer service was very nice and had a great conversation with my kids. The actual food was amazing. The quality of the different aspects were amazing. Overall great burger place. Cheap and good quality

Great burgers, and sweet potato fries. Nice atmosphere, and customer service. Only down side is that the shop uses a public restroom across the road, and doesn't have it's own. Had an issue with their online ordering system where our order was on placed but not received and payment went through, however this was promptly fixed through ordering at the counter.

The food was really yummy and the service was great, all staff seem happy and friendly. I'm just not sure about the process of standing in the front door looking at the menu before you can order it seems to clog up the entryway. If this is a covid thing it seems counterproductive. There is the online order option but maybe just make some more room at the front door.

Grill’d South Bank is not your typical McDonalds. It’s pricier but offers better taste for it’s price. Does it offer significantly better taste? No. Its mediocre in terms of burgers. There’s a noticeable difference from other fast restaurants, because it’s not really supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Grill’d burgers relatively longer to come out of the kitchen, proclaims it uses better ingredients, all so that it could charge a higher price. I would go there if my friends prefer it, but otherwise there’s no reason to pay a visit to this restaurant.
