Disappointing breakfast options with mediocre taste, dull presentation at a somewhat reasonable price. I have heard wonders of this place and how it’s always packed of people. For me that’s a sign that the restaurant is good and worth of it’s 4.5 stars rating. Unfortunately, this cafe it’s more like a 2 star restaurant. We ordered breakfast and the food was mediocre at best. The presentation was dull, sad and with pointless items that did not add anything to the plate. The taste was poor, everything lacked salt. The hollaindaise sauce was wrong and Onion rings were burnt. The same happened with my partners’ dish. In addition to the bad execution of simple breakfast items, the menu is difficult to read. All dishes, drinks and sides have weird names that do not correlate to the actual dish. So pointless. The menu could be simplified considerably. There was also a weird smell at the restaurant that did not help in our unpleasant visit to the place. Prices are in the mid range and service was average. Conclusion: As of March 2019, this restaurant should overhaul its menu and assess the performance of the kitchen staff; if they want to keep their current ratings.

Food was on the small side and service wasn't well organized it seems - we were asked by all staff if we were ready to order within minutes but had to tell each one we were still waiting for more guests. Communication among waiting staff could be improved. Other than that, good atmosphere and location, tasty food despite small portions.

Edit: I have to amend my previous review, as I have recently revisited the cafe and have noticed that with new ownership the quality of the food and service has hugely decreased. This used to be a favourite location of mine, but would now suggest visiting another local cafe in its place. Absolute favourite cafe spot. Huge menu with a wide variety of food choices, including vegetarian. Very friendly wait staff.
