Service was good and the Mediterranean burger was even better - among the best around. Unfortunately, meals took a very long time to arrive for what was perhaps an unusually busy Monday lunchtime. The poor chef seemed to be doing it tough on her own - a little extra training for waitstaff may go some way to taking added pressure off the kitchen. I will visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the burgers & the chips were fantastic also. Service was fast (despite us being a large group) but unfortunately could only give a 3 star rating due to the disappointment of staff not accepting our Entertainment Guide voucher due to a split bill. Really? With hundreds of dollars worth of business from just one visit, they couldn't honour the voucher? It says a lot about their overall attitude to customer service. There are several great burger options in and around Nundah, in the end it's the service that will make customers want to come back.

I have been to Grilling Art in Nundah probably ten times now and I have never been disappointed. They have great service and even better food. From the Steak, to the Ribs or the Teriyaki Salmon, even the Chicken, it is all delicious and reasonably priced for what you get. Decent portion sizes and yummy food. This place will always be one of my favourite dinner spots!

I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Grilling Art numerous times - and you can't go wrong with their burgers. The Art Of Ribs is a personal favourite.
Service is friendly, prices are reasonable - but they've messed up our coffee orders a couple of times.

Went for a birthday meal with a party of 4. We ordered our meals and after an hour of waiting they brought out the surprise birthday desert for me, as set up by my girlfriend, before the meals. This confusion led to them checking where our food was and it hadn't gone through to the kitchen.
Although apologetic there was minimal discount to only one of the meals.
To end the poor experience they started to pack everything up and asked if we wanted coffees while we were half way through eating as they wanted to turn the coffee machine off. Made us feel rushed and like we were in their way closing shop to go home.

Went there for breakfast this morning and initially found the staff very friendly there. I ordered an Eggs Atlantic and was chewing away and heard a few crunches and discovered bone throughout the smoked salmon. It was inedible. I told a staff member and showed her the bones. Straight away she said that the supplier was to blame. There was no apology. She took my plate back to the kitchen. When I went to the counter to pay, I wasn't asked how my meal was, I was simply told how I would like to pay. She charged me full price for the meal. Maybe I should have asked for a discount or refund at the time? I am appalled by the whole experience and I won't be coming back here ever again...

I've had some nice burgers from here, but a mate got an absolutely terrible steak burger. I'm talking rubbish. Wouldn't go back, simply because the scale of their quality is so broad, and wouldn't want to risk the disappointment he experienced.

I ordered the art simplicity. Wasn't simple at all. It was chewy and probably the worst steak burger I've ever had. It said it was rib fillet but it was very grisly to the point I had to throw it out. Would not recommend.
