Pita Pit

My partner (kiwi expat) and I are massive fans of the pita pit franchise and it was our first fix in 3 years (covid). Going to this store absolutely did not disappoint and we managed to get 3 visits in during our short stay in QLD. The staff were genuinely friendly and showed pride in their product. The store was clean and inviting and the produce was fresh and tasty. Overall looking forward to going back and for any fellow kiwis stuck in Australia missing pita pit, definitely head to this store!!

Asked for the Mexican mild , no jalapeños, no cheese, got the order wrong , started it again…. then I ended up with a burrito with so many jalapeños… I had to throw it away , as it was wayyyy too hot, wasting my lunchtime and still hungry, very disappointed. I think they are rushing their orders through, and are not reading the receipt for the details, and not being attentive to customers requests …. I Will not be returning in a hurry, I will try ‘Greenstreet’ instead, it’s only 2 doors down ….

A surprise healthy fast food package. They fresh grill the food. I had a falafel and they were happy to grill onions and mushroom for me. The pita Roll is better than bread. The salad and topping options were quite good. Fast service professional food drink options good. All my five colleagues were quite impressed and we went again today. Decent sitting area outdoors.

So disappointed with the recent service here when I have come here multiple times in the past. I ordered the large size of wedges to share with my friends and when i asked for extra forks from the person giving it to me, another lady who was serving another server yelled at me and said '' NO YOU ORDERED ONE YOU CANT GET ANY MORE FORKS. THERE'S ONLY ONE OF YOU AND THATS ONE SERVING.' The store was busy with plenty of people to see her yell at me. I was sharing the LARGE size with a few people during a quick work break and I was so embarrassed that she yelled at me and she was not serving me. You would think they would allow me to get more plastic forks especially since I should not be sharing a fork with other people during this pandemic. Grilled wedges were nice but if you ask for more forks because you ordered only one LARGE size... you will get yelled at by the owner/manager.
