This Nandos is very 50/50 with service and quality. Either you will have amazing staff with quick service and your order will be correct or you will have a bad experience where it takes someone 4 goes to take your order, then it will take 40 mins to get your food and it will end up being wrong. Went here last night to give it another go but it took the staff 3-4 tries to get my simple chips and garlic pita order right.

The glass were too dirty and we order half chicken and it look like 1/4 chicken size and dry raw and hard to chew at all. Its like serving us with their left over chicken and chips. taste so awful and make my stomach sick after i eat.f course they took the full prices. Worst service too doesn't even apology when I want to tell them.

Paid $27.90 for half a chicken, side salad, sweet potato chips and hummus, pita with drizzle sauce. After we paid they advised they were out of sweet potato chips which they substituted with rice and they were also out of the drizzle sauce for the hummus which was annoying because they communicated this to me when bringing my food out instead of at the counter when I ordered. The side salad was not fresh and put together by a 2 year old really. Pita was not warmed through it was still cold in the middle (clearly frozen) the rice was basically normal rice with some yellow food colouring through it. No seasoning. Take care when walking on this floor because it’s an accident waiting to happen. So sticky and slippery and dirty. Each cutlery we pulled out of the containers had stains and were still dirty. Disgusting. I stood at the basin washing our cutlery before we used them. The sauces they have for us to use are so sticky on the outside and tables around us were not cleared for the duration of our meal so it was apparent that hygiene does not exist at this Nandos which is a shame because I’ve been to absolute immaculate ones with amazing customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go buy yourself a cooked chicken from woolies.

Customer service was ok but at 6:45pm we were told there would be a 30+ wait for any whole/half/qtr chickens (like shouldn’t you be ready for the dinner busy time?!). So we ordered a burger and a wrap, took about 20mins, got home and both of our meals were completely cold, all the way through.. like the chicken wasn’t even warm.. so annoyed and it’s not the first bad food experience there either. Going to Mt Gravatt nandos from now on
