Been here over the years. Food hasn’t always been consistent. Bit hit and miss. Perhaps just the change up with who’s in the kitchen. Once I ordered a side and it was missing but they apologised and offered a complimentary drink straight away. It’s still worth going back to. The girls are always attentive and polite. The deco is nice and there’s easy parking. Besides the busy main road in the peak hour times, there’s plenty of options for seating and the coffees are great.

Went for lunch on Saturday 23rd April at appoximately 2:15pm. Firstly, my son noticed his thick shake was very runny, more like a frappe. Mentioned it staff who advised they now put only 1 scoop of icecream in instead of two. No change to price though!! Coffee is made on long life milk and tastes awful, guest couldn't drink her latte because of the milk. I really needed my flat white coffee but really struggled to drink it. I asked for it to be extra hot and it was warm and was made worse by the milk taste. I asked for it to be microwaved for a few seconds, but staff said they couldn't enter the kitchen to do so. Burger was okay and barramundi was very nice but the hot chips were recooked to heat up so virtually stale and brown. My husband had fish and chips only. Fish was fine but the plate was covered in these brown stale chips. All in all, we will not be going back. Perhaps not reducing icecream in frappe and adding a few cents would be a better idea. Get rid of the long life milk because it tastes awful when heated and add just a couple of cents for real milk, especially for the taste and to help the struggling farmers. Cook the chips fresh, as they only take a few minutes since they are so thin. Too late for us, but the cafe might salvage its business if a broom goes through it.
