I had to call the Manager tonight after receiving our 2 pizzas... These were the freshest, tastiest most elegantly presented pizzas we have ever had from a Pizza Capers franchise. Well done to all the staff on this evening!! PS - apologies to the boss when I asked to 'speak to the manger'... Congratulations and thank you!

Good evening all. I don't complain to often. But on Saturday night I ordered a pizza from pizza capers on Bay Terrace. I ordered these at 5.00pm. Told 40 minutes all good. At 6.05 no pizza I rang to see what was going on the young lass who answered the phone advised me that there was no record of me ordering anything I advised that the money had been taken out of my account, with that she rung up.on me. I rang back and a young guy answered the phone without me explaining he apologised and said it was a mistake, I said all good everyone makes mistakes. I asked how long he advised it was in the oven and be there by 6:30
7.05 no.pizza, rang again he said he should be there. 5 minutes later me door alarm rang, pressed the security button and told me to open the door repeatedly I keeped explain to him what to do. In the end I had to walk down my 26 stairs to get it. Now people who know me now what this does for me I stuckle breathing.
Anyway when I opened to door he was so rude and started laughing at me because I was breathing so funny. I questioned him why he was laughing at my condition he said that what happens to old people who cause trouble. He then ran down the side ally way of my apartment building and then took off in his car. When I finally got back up to my unit the pizza was stone cold, I rang again to complain and advised I wanted to speak to the owner.
Till now no phone call. What does this tell everyone. Please note I hav bought pizza from this franchise before without a problem. So I don't know what happened the other night. But as the owner of the business I would want now what happened as well ?????????????????.

Dinner last night was pizza from pizza capers, Wynnum. I saw the reef and beef on their menu and when it was delivered it did not disappoint.
It consisted of lashings of beef, cajun prawns, bacon, spanish onion, capsicum, lemon pepper, mozzarella and topped off with hollandaise, shallots and a lemon wedge. So yummy trust me! The whole family enjoyed it so it will become our go to for pizza! We had a side of delicious cheesy garlic calzone to go with.
Very reasonably priced, delivery was quick and on time plus friendly service. Thank you!

The pizza was grossly undercooked, we could barely pick it up. Way too much sauce left the whole underside completely soggy. Terrible pizza.

I was a walk in on a Friday night. My pizzas were made with love and the service was great. Surprising experience honestly on how great the quality was. I recommend Pizza Capers Wynnum.

My boss and I shared a pizza from you today and we agreed it was the best we've ever had. Not only was it made on time and amazing value for money it could not have been more delicious. THANK YOU for our amazing lockdown lunch. (Vegetarian + Lamb)

They used to be good but definitely gone downhill lately. Last few times they’ve messed up our orders and had minimal to no cheese on the pizza (despite paying for extra cheese). I’m leaving this review because today it took them 2 hours from order time to deliver and it was wrong. When I called to ask where it was I got told by a rude kid that said it was on the way and pretty much hung up on me. When I called to complain about my order being wrong I was told by the manager that the best they could do was a free drink next time. Something that is useless to us as we’re moving and even if we weren’t I wouldn’t be buying from there again.

On Boxing Day evening at 7.20 pm, I ordered and paid for two pizzas using the Pizza Capers online ordering system and which included a $6 holiday surcharge. Fortunately, I chose the option to pick up the food because on arriving at the Wynnum store 15 minutes later, I discovered it was closed.
The next day I got a refund however the expression of regret that I received was both mild and perfunctory and was to the effect that the online ordering system is beyond the control of the franchisee.
It is alarming that the Company (the Pizza Capers franchisor) either will not or cannot, place a banner on the Pizza Capers website online ordering form across those franchisees who chose not to open for business; no matter when or for what reason.
So, to avoid quite literally the risk of fraudulent behaviour by Pizza Capers, it is certainly best not to use their online ordering system. However, given that this hubristic attitude must reflect the ethos of the Company, I firmly believe it is best to make use of entirely separate pizza businesses.
