The staff were very helpful and accommodating for my partner and my self they ran out of wings but they offered me a refund or something else so I had the popcorn chicken they offered to fill and refill my drink for me at the refill station

Only giving it a two star because the service was good and the staff are friendly. The burgers are pretty garbage and sub-par for the price. At this price, I'd rather go to one of the nice boutique burger places in the city, like Miss Kays.
This places only strong point is that it has refillable drinks, but Hungry Jacks does that. That's a good way to describe it actually: Hungry Jacks at twice the price.

Had a classic burger, curly fries and drink for lunch there on a Wednesday. Service was friendly and quick. While it is not as cheap as some of the other offerings in the City, the quality and taste is excellent.

Great service, and very different choices of burgers to what would normally be available. You could choose a song to play within the small but cozy restaurant from a select playlist. There were short waiting times for the food, and it was a family friendly atmosphere. They also had an option to order your meal on Ipads, but it was to pay with EFTPOS only.

Pretty average burgers. You can do better at Grill'd for the same price.
They have a nifty self-serve ordering system with iPads where you can place your order and pay for it all without speaking to a human.

Expectation vs reality. Please do not try their pink Himalayan salt icecream. It’s has an overly salty flat taste.
Their burgers, are awesome though! 5* for the burgers, minus 1* for the lacklustre and super disappointing icecream.
