Hungry Jack's

Extremely poor food quality. This is the new Jack fried chicken burger.......So, store manager called me to offer a free replacement meal. I took the offer and went 3 weeks later. But, nothing changed, it's same poor quality again. I am sure Jack in the kitchen likes to sit on these burgers, before sending them out. One thing is for sure, this store is consistent with their poor food quality.

I have looked through the apps and order a pork belly deluxe meal but this is what they gave me. Im staving and cant be bothered to take it back to the shop, in case someone is going to this shop, make sure they give u the right order. I know this is only a $15 order, this make me so mad when i open up.

First, two other people came AFTER me 10mins after I had already made my order and yet they left with their orders BEFORE me. Second, I've always loved the chips but these people at this SPECIFIC store don't care whether they're using a vegan patty or beef patty. I've come back so many times to change the patty, now I just don't bother. Even more frustrating when you're driving so you're making two trips to fix your order! I decided to give them one last chance after staying away for at least 5/6 months and look same mistake yet again. Hate this specific store. NEVER coming back.

Had to stop in here to use the toilet in a bit of an emergency, first thing in the morning. The state of the men's toilets was disgusting! There was urine all over the seat toilet paper on the floor. There was urine all over the floor in front of the urinal. The sink doesn't look line it's been cleaned for over a month. Very unhygienic. Lift your game Hungry Jack's.

Useless, Useless, Useless! for MONTHS, every time I order from them I get something missing or wrong. This time they gave me 4 fries instead of a burger and they are all STONE COLD. Is that meant to offset the fact you dont have a product? Just cancel the damn order next time. I'm never ordering from this place again. No one has a brain there.

Hungry jacks usually has good burgers but not this one. I mean... This is the new crispy jack burger. Almost $30 for two meals and this is the quality. Don't bother...go to a different restaurant. Not to mention the customer service is poor. Just told 'here you go' at the drive through and walked away.
