Delicious braised lamb shanks and excellent merlo coffee, but the service is unsurpassable, very friendly and always remember my name and order so I don’t even have to think or wait it’s just prompt.
I come here every week and sometimes a few times a week. Especially on the weekends.
It’s always a delight to see friends and family here.

My meal was perfect and the lady who served me was simply great.
we ordered cajun lamb cutlets, chicken pesto linguine and pancakes. lamb cutlets very cooked so nicely and full of flavour.

We have been dining at this restaurant for 19 years and when it got sold recently we were a little shattered. It took us many weeks to work up the courage to go back and try it out under the new owners, and to our surprise, we were impressed with the quality, flavour, size and value for money.
The new owners are friendly and extremely obliging, too. We have been back three times and each time we have taken a different group of friends who also gave it the thumbs up and have been back for more.

A tasty new establishment in the heart of cooparoo. Replacing the old Belesis restaurant, The Lobby is a worthy successor. Blending a warm atmosphere with delicious food, it is a must go place when craving a cuppa away from the shopping centers. The coffee is fantastic!

The menu hasn't changed much since it was (Greek/Italian flavoured) Belesis, except, now that it is owned by Indians they have added a selection of Indian dishes. All the meals are flavoursome and fresh.
