I ordered this Large Veggie burrito bowl with extra Guacamole and from the GYG app and got this. I opened this bag in front of the lady just to check if everything is okay, because sometime items I have received the wrong order or items is missing. So I found the this(shown in the image) I asked the lady at the reception that “I ordered extra guacamole ,I paid $2 extra for that and I dont think its extra to me its less than normal. She brought a weighing scale weight it and said sorry its large bowl and guacamole is extra. 1* experience I hope they improve. I have been their loyal customer from years.

Not too bad..went here on my lunch break and waited for about 15 minutes for my food. Cost close to 20 dollars just for nacho fries and a coke, rediculous. Food tasted good but the price isn't right. Have been back a couple of times since. Biggest thing I find that is confusing is a variance of portion sizes. I got a burrito bowl with extra meat and a couple of other things added, first time i got it, it was so tiny I wondered if something was forgotten off it, second time it was massive, 3rd time it was smaller than the second and first. Final review. Have had breakfast here a couple of times. The coffee is way too hot, even when you don't chose the extra hot. Biggest thing that's disappointing is sometimes you go in with an order and the staff there ignore you. There were 5 people working this morning, there was 4 people standing and waiting and we all stood there for about 3 minutes before someone gave some indication they were serving. The owners are obvious as they are welcoming, but the rest of the staff do not say hello and are not openly friendly. Don't take the order time as when you will get it. Last order said ready by 717am, wasn't ready until 732am.

So disappointed with my meal today. I've eaten here several times since they opened in 2018, but today sucked. My one burrito took 20+ minutes to be prepared because of the backlog of people ordering / online orders. My burrito was 60% rice, 15% beans, 15% barramundi, and maybe 10% tomatoes/veggies. And it was a little on the small side (even though I ordered a regular). I use to love their burritos for always feeling fresh, but today was sad. Somewhat my fault for going at peak time, but I'd rather see a line at the cash register than wait too long for my burrito. I would have chosen somewhere else to eat if I had know there was a backlog.

Typically everything is pretty good, apart from the meat servings. I kept getting a regular enchilada with pulled beef, having to pay extra for said pulled beef and ending up with literally 2 finger sized bits of meat and thats it. The rest is loaded up with more rice than you could fit into a soda can. If you want a nice filling meal with meat, this doesn't seem to be the place.

Staff are always friendly, I go there to get a burretto every week, and they make some great chips so get a combo. They talk loud so you can hear when they call your orders. If you want to dine in or take away they can accommodate. Plus if you want a beer with your food just ask them and make sure you say so.

First time writing a review just because of how bad my experience was. We ordered large meals with our burritos. The chips were cold and the drinks were warm which is unacceptable when you're charging $7 for a meal. Normally that wouldn't lead me to write a review, though. The worst part were the staff are extremely unpleasant at this store. I would recommend going to other GYG's and steer clear of this one.

You need to fix your collection system at this store, I urge you. It is insane how horrible it is, 90% of the times I’m there I sit there for ages while my order has been ready. I wondered for a while if it was maybe because I took too long to get there but today I came in straight after I order from the app and again I sat there for ages. It baffles me that this can occur regularly, I like the store, the employees make great food, today for example they messed up my order (they gave me pulled beef instead of chicken) but I’m not concerned because the foods good. I suggest you get a screen that displays the orders that are ready to be picked up or maybe call the orders out again after 5 minutes. It’s incredible infuriating and can be easily fixed
