Kfc

I just drove through the drive through with my partner and we stuffed up our order so we asked to start from scratch. The ATTITUDE and DISRESPECT that we received was unbelievable. We all work long days, we all have bad days. But I was more than disappointed and so was my partner. We were ignored completely when we addressed her attitude so we drove straight through the drive through and straight out to somewhere else to eat. Never been so disappointed with hospitality service. 0 starts.

Had Door Dash driver young lady literally knock off 10 nuggets, sauces and a Pepsi from our order, called the Kedron store and (Enter Nathanial) a master of his position, was polite, respectful, empathetic and had the missing food waiting for me when I drove down, as I entered the store I was met by a team of friendly professional staff all working at peak capacity at the busiest time of the day, it was a moving work of art to watch, the teamwork, the communication and the manners are a credit to this store and Nathanial, thanks again team, our son turned 3 today and only wanted and would settle for KFC. As for door dash, well I’ll dash myself next time

Go fairly regularly and the staff are always polite and clear when they serve us. They cover every part of the order and have never missed a part of our order. Only 4 stars because there are occasions the food could be a bit warmer. And sometimes my bacon isn't crisp. Even though weve moved I'd still argue to go to kedron kfc over the closer one. :D

Good location, tight wrap around drive through. Watch for pedestrians in and out of drive through. I hate when you ask for particular pieces in a meal and they say we'll try but bla bla bla company line bla bla bla and they don't do it. This KFC is 50% chance you get the robots saying the bla bla bla and 50% a real person going odds are we have enough chicken to cover requests (since damn we sell chicken). Otherwise it's pretty good here, usual KFC things, staff are generally really efficient here because it's a huge main road so they have to be, they are pleasant which is really the best they can be as they always seem super busy. One real negative on my last visit was some uber eats person turned up after me and got there food before mine. OK order was probably placed before mine but I don't mind when the pick-up drivers that are waiting before I was get their order but if I'm standing there and I'm next, then I should be the priority, I came to you KFC, give me the respect a face to face customer deserves, not to mention you make more profit off my meal because no third party delivery service is taking a cut out of your profit. Get back to real customer service for the people who make the time to come to you!
