I have called here weekly during long work journeys for many years and never appreciated just how amazingly kind the staff were until today when I spilt my coffee everywhere by being careless and the Starbucks staff went above and beyond to make me feel not quite the twerp that I am. Thank you

Me and my dad get a caramel macchiato almost every morning, always welcoming and saying good morning to us. Emma and another girl with dark hair ponytail make great drinks every time whether we go in the drive through or go in cafe.
Might get served in 3-5 working days if you’re an in store customer. Staff were robotic and seemed confused by basic drink orders - all focus on drive thru took 20 mins to get a couple of drinks after being ignored for 15.
