Thai Avenue is by far the freshest and most creative Thai restaurant around. They have a phenomenal menu. I recommend the Fresh Summer Roll- crunchy, clean flavor, the Tom Yum Soup with just enough heat & the Duck Ta-Lay - an intriguing mix of crispy duck, scallops, shrimp, mussels & mushrooms. The Pad Thai is also very flavorful & the soft shell crab salad is most delectable! The seating is cozy & trendy, a great date night spot. The owner is very personable and accommodating. Wish I lived closer, cannot wait to come back soon!!!

Very nice restaurant inside but was surprised to be the only people inside. Server was very nice and happy. Ordered appetizers which were spring rolls they were good and fresh summer rolls which were also good. For the entree I ordered samed pad Thai which was very good. This place has a very nice atmosphere inside with friendly staff and very good food. I'll definitely be back again. The parking isn't the best directly in front of the restaurant but there is more parking if you use the lot for the urgent car which is connected.

I had the drunken noodles and asked for spice level 2. It was so spicy that I could not even eat the dish. It was missing the chinese broccoli that usually is served with this dish

We have ordered from Thai Avenue probably 10 times and it’s excellent every single time. We have lived all over the country and Thai Avenue is our favorite Thai restaurant! The drunken noodles are our favorite, along with the green curry. The Thai Avenue sampler is also a must-try.

Thai Avenue is without a doubt the best Thai restaurant in CT! There are well known places in West Hartford, Plainville, New Haven, Manchester and they don't even compare to Thai Avenue. A hidden gem in Bristol, Ct. I saw a negative review stating the food was too spicy...guess what your eating spicy food! Stick to your burgers, is what I say to them

We ordered take out a couple of weeks ago and we couldn’t remember why we hadn’t dined there in quite some time. The food was excellent (as always)! We’re definitely going back to Thai Avenue!!

I'm a regular of this restaurant. I usually get the oceans 11 (hot plate) or any of the duck dishes or the soft shell crab. I love seafood and spicy foods which is why I go here they usually have a variety of fresh veggies and seafood with good spices and sauce or curries. However upon walking up to the front door they had a sign that they could no longer serve alcohol. It only went down hill from there, none of the original staff was there. The new staff had their children running all around. I had the oceans 11 and it was completely inedible. First i could tell the veggies were not fresh however frozen bagged veggies. The spice wasn't flavored just a quick burn and followed by a putrid flavored. The labor was like old warm cheap beer such as modelo, the muscles were rancid, scallop had no flavor . I took one bite and it was awful. I waited like 15-20 minutes for my waiter to come back so I could inform him I didn't want the dish. When he did come back I explained everything and that im a regular and get this dish often he asked if it was a spice issue I had told him multiple times the spice didn't have much to do with it and he asked me if i wanted to get a box for my uneaten meal I said no I can't eat this. He ran away and got another woman who asked me what was wrong then she insisted it was a spice issue and talked down to me as if I were a baby! Then asked me if I wanted something else instead. I got the crispy duck so I made sure my new dish wasn't spicy so no one would complain. The duck was old and dry and funky. I went home and had gotten sick! I'm so sad by this experience :(
