Zero's Subs

This place was amazing when Don and Karen were the owners. Not so much now. I ordered 2 pizza's that were absolutely horrible neither had any sauce on them at all. Talked to the manager and was called a liar even tho I had pictures. Custom service was horrible. I have never encountered employees like them. I feel sure if I acted the way they did with customers I would be without a job. Of course anyone that has ever worked for Patels can certainly understand what I am talkin about. I will never spend another penny in this place.

I hadn't been here in a few months and have always loved their grinders but when I went earlier today we ordered 2 full grinders w/ everything & added their hot pepper relish and was extremely disappointed! Old lettuce, 1 slice of tomato on each half, barely any meat on it, half of the toppings aren't on it anymore and no hot pepper relish which I paid for. I highly suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I generally do not enjoy eating meat, of any kind. If I do indulge I prefer a very thin sliced and fresh deli meats only. I ordered the Grinder Sub and a side of Hot Pepper Relish and that was last week on Monday... I have been back every day since. I am hooked. When its real, its real!!! And they have REAL GOOD SUBS! Plus they offer a variety of discounts to City Employees and on top of that they have a very friendly staff service. I recommend Zeros' Subs in Bristol, TN to anyone hungry and ready to get addicted to a hot sub sandwich!!!!
