An interesting concept with a new international menu to try each time. We had Russian food and the first two courses were very impressive, but the main course and dessert lost a little steam. Also, be prepared to BYOB and still pay for a setup fee if drinking in house. We will definitely try it again sometime but it's not our favorite place in the area.

We finally made it to Cafe Alona! The dim lighting made for an unexpected, yet much appreciated, romantic dinner experience. Our server was friendly & very efficient. We opted for the international cuisine of the evening: Moroccan. The sweet potato & garbanzo bean soup was piping hot & velvety smooth. The turkey quiche was fluffy & airy although I was a bit surprised that it contained sliced turkey rather than chunked. The chicken & cauliflower over roasted red pepper puree was phenomenal!! The cauliflower was cooked perfectly as was the chicken & the puree was delicious. I could only fit a single bite of dessert, but the apple strudel was quite light & flaky. We will definitely dine there again to try another country's cuisine.

My favorite place to go on Valentine’s Day! Great food and an excellent way to spend a night out!

We went for the Korean BBQ and it was awesome. The food is always fresh made and tastes amazing. I'd also recommend the lasagne spaghetti squash. Great Place for international flavors.

My boyfriend ordered the "international" meal, which was Cuban this week (I didn't because of dietary restrictions), though I tried a couple of his dishes. Everything was really delicious, right down to the bananas foster cheesecake at the end. I had chicken parmesan, which is a wayyyyy bigger plate of food than I thought it would be. I also ordered bruschetta, which was great as well but all of it was way more food than I was prepared to eat. We left in pain but will definitely be returning to sample some more of the food from around the world. We followed on Facebook to keep up with what the menu is week to week.

First time visit. It was lovely. Valentine's specials were all delicious. Vegetarian options were excellent. Recommend for date night.

The best place to eat in the Tri-cities! Alona is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she is an amazing Chef! The food is always fresh and delicious. You will not leave hungry, as the portions are good size. Bring your friends and I promise you will be hooked!

Best Thai food I've ever had. I tried the international special which happened to be Thailand. The coconut shrimp soup was spectacular. The spring rolls were the best I've had; the duck sauce wasn't syrupy sweet, but spicy enough to compliment the rolls. The pork and chicken skewers were smoked and added to already tasty peanut sauce.
Don't judge this book by it's cover. Give it a try.
