Fatz

For my experience here, it wasn't a pleasant one. Now, to say that it would be positive my next visit is possible, however I may have ruled out going back again. I ordered a beer and it never came after several visits to our table. They then tried charging me for it. I ordered a fairly expensive steak and to my liking (Medium Rare) however, this steak came out with a cold purple center. I'm not one to complain about my food to waitresses and cooks, so I eat around it. Other than that the environment was nice. Prices are so so but expensive based on the quality of service and food I received. I may edit this review if for some reason I miraculously find myself back here for some odd reason. But for now 2 stars fits it.

We come here every trip to Bristol. The food is good, and the service has always been great. Allison was our server this trip, and she was friendly and efficient. I had a delicious burger, and the others in my party had a club sandwich and chicken tenders, but they have entrees if you're in the mood for that. The portions are large, and they were very accommodating when we wanted to switch fries for a baked potato.

Was not impressed with the most recent visit. We normally have a great experience but last night was not good. We showed up Monday at 8:15 pm and the doors were locked. We came back Tuesday (yesterday) at around 5:30 and had to wait for about 5 minutes just to be greeted and seated by the bartender, not the hostess. When we placed our order, we waited for an hour to get our food. When they brought my son's food, his burger was brought out wrong. The waitress claimed that his burger was made according to the recipe minus what he requested removed but when we looked the menu up online, it wasn't. A manager (I'm assuming) came out, who was super sweet and the highlight of our evening. She fixed his food and ensured it was correct and even came back to check on us and even told us goodbye and merry Christmas as we left. We had a much more pleasant experience with her than our waitress. Normally, ibhave nothing but good things to say about Fatz. I don't know what is going on lately but they need to get back on their game.

Dined and it was good. Casual atmosphere, friendly staff. I had the blue cheese burger with blue cheese crumbles. Coulda used a little more on there but it was no issue asking for more crumbles. Wife had a sirloin steak and it was cooked to her liking. We shared crab stuffed mushrooms, which were very tasty.

The restaurant had a clean appearance at first. Our menus had sticky food on them. After being in the restaurant for about 15 minutes we could feel the oil in the air. My eyes felt irritated. I expected the food to have more flavor. The sampler appetizer was a waste. I will say they do give nice portions. I gave what I took home to my neighbor.

First and last time I will eat here. The waitress didn't come over much. We ran out of drinks several times. My salmon had no flavor and my husband's steak was burnt when he ordered medium rare. We could have ate at outback for what we paid there and gotten much better food and service. I just wasn't impressed and don't plan on going back. We don't eat out at places like this often, and it was really disappointing, unfortunately.
