3rd time ordering and it has great. Order was delivered quickly and food was hot. Ordered Cheeseburger Grinder, ordered last night and so unbelievable disappointed. Whole grinder had a full hamburger in it. This is what I got last night on a half grinder.

First & foremost is the level of respect/ courtesy that this place displays. The food is always fresh, hot, and the way you ordered it ! Period! Fantastic effort from the entire staff of people that work there to make it happen! The guy at the front counter.... deserves a reward of recognition for his tireless focus on perfection every single day after day, week after week, year after year! Was on short recess during my daughter's recital and had to grab a quick bite explained to them I needed a small pizza Pronto rapide and they delivered in under 10min, excellent service all the way

Pizza is a 1-2 star. No flavor at all in the pizza. It is very disappointing.

Restaurant is clean and owner is very.
If you order the large cheese special, make sure you get that and don’t add any toppings because you will pay full price then.

I have been ordering from Sergio’s for over 6 years now, during this entire time they have held up phenomenal customer service and quality food. Their local establishment is, by far the best pizza place in Bristol, Connecticut. Keep up the great work guys!!

I moved to the area a few months ago and this has been my favorite place since I got here. Their delivery is always quick, the employees are SUPER nice, and their grinders always come out really good! Nice new York style pizzas

Well I ordered the cheese as always when judging pizza.
The cutting of the pie was on point!
Perfect sliced like a pie!
The sauce was good the crust was excellent the cheese could have been a little better. Over all I gave it a better rating then pepes.
Improve cheese get a 5 star.
