Domino's Pizza

Umm they waited til last minute to tell us we wasn’t in the re radius. So when we picked up our food the pizza was cold. I ordered a ranch cup no ranch. There was only one lava cake in the box. No icing with the cinnamon twists. We was supposed to have a pepperoni and banana peppers on our pizza only got banana peppers.

Been trying to call for over an hour to get my order straightened out because my brownies were left out. I have been put on hold 5 times and then hung up on after being on hold for over 10 min two of those times. Everytime they answer I get put on hold and then hung up on if they ever get back to the phone. This is very unprofessional for a business. It's a good thing I'm not an elderly person trying to place an order! This is not the first time they have left something out of my order. If I could give zero stars I would.

They don’t pay attention to the orders, I ask so many times to please read and make the order as I want it but they keep putting just anything but what I want. I ask for a carbonara pasta without onion, and they forgot to put the mushrooms as well, order a bread without jalapeños, and it did come with it. And they ALWAYS forget to put my sides. Always get my wings and twisted breads without the sauces.

Placed my order 30 mins before pick up and upon arriving I was told order didn't go through. They didn't call back or attempt from my history to get in touch about reordering. I place order again and waited 20 mins they messed up my order by giving me jalapeno and ham cheesy bread I can't have meat. When I tried only telling them it's wrong after arriving home, I was told I have to come back at 930pm to show them and that a picture won't do. So here it is. Good food but don't be so sure they have your order right. Customer service is okay it can definitely improve.

I was having trouble with ordering online so I called the store .Douglas answered and I asked him what time they closed and told him about the website that showed you couldn't order delivery for that day..He said he would ask somebody and put me on hold..After approx 10 mins somebody else picked up and said please hold and before I could say one word ,was on hold again ..After another 7 or 8 mins somebody picked up and said same thing and put me on hold again..Then approx 4 mins later the manager picked up and I was explaining to him the issue and I wanted to order a pizza..Well ,I was put on hold again for 2 mins then was hung up on .So my gf called back using her phone.After 3 attempt on ordering a pizza Douglas answered again and my gf asked him we was put on hold for a long time and a hung up on ..Douglas said wevwasnt on hold as long as she said ..She asked him if he could hold on while she asked me what kind of pizza I wanted,he then said to her ,I will not deliver a pizza to you and to have a nice day then hung up on her.
