Little Caesars

I went to this location yesterday to pick up two hot and ready pizzas and an order of crazy bread. The girl working the counter seemed to be anywhere else but work. There were at least four of us waiting on our orders. The girl before me finally walked up to the counter and asked her to check and see if her order was ready. Sure enough, it was and it had been sitting there for who knows how long. Another man before had the exact same thing happen. Two men came in after me and received their orders ahead of mine. The lady at the register asked me my name and my order four times in between everyone else getting their orders. She finally said she didn’t know what the cooks did with my order, but pulled everything I ordered out of the warmers behind the counter. I had been waiting at least 25 minutes on yet again, an order that was already completed but she wasn’t focused on her task at hand. I won’t be going back.

Placed an order for 6 pizzas several days ahead for my baby shower, even called again 2 days prior to change time to about 15 minutes earlier pickup than prior which should have been a good reminder to have the pizzas ready since it was their normal extra most bestest, and then get here, pay for the order, and THEN they say they can’t find my order. I spoke to the manager twice to place this order and yet they didn’t have it ready. We paid, but it’s not ready. So now I have to wait until they get the pizzas done. Sad. That’s unacceptable. All I’m saying is if you need to have an order ready by a certain time don’t even bother here. Go somewhere else.

On 2 separate occasions ive had the same problem with this place. I call in to place my order so that I can have my food fresh and made the way I like it. Nothing hard, very simple. Once they tried giving me something that had already been made and it definately wasn't made with the extra seasoning that I asked for. Then when I bring up the issue, the employee acted as tho it was my fault that it wasn't made right.

One of the nicer Little Caesars in the area. Manager is really nice he always takes care of me and if I have to wait an extended period of time he always gives me something nice to compensate. FYI the cinnamon bites here are to die for that probably goes for any of their locations but none-the-less they're amazing
