When I got my taco out the bag it looked like it was wadded up to be thrown in the trash. Definitely not good for return business.

Ordered through the app due to your not able to get the same deals if not ordered through the app. Food wasn't correct at all and then I put Fire and Hot sauce in the order. I never got any sauce or utensils for the loaded potatoes. They were very rude at the drive thru and I live 10 minutes away. Once I got back home the food wasn't fit to eat. Extremely unhappy with everything overall! Only reason I gave 3 stars is I normally live Taco Bell. I will never order through the app again or go to this location.

Asked for 2 of the boxes of $6 value and replace meat with beans in both boxes. Cashier then asks do you want meat in regular taco? I repeat no, I want beans in everything, no meat.,
Got home, one box had meat. We don't eat meat, gas too high to go back.

I get the feeling this location is understaffed. I'm always missing either sauces or one of my food items. Nevertheless, the staff is nice and the food is good.

Customer service was awful!! So rude and making it out to all be the customers fault.. tried to call but was giving the wait wait wait speech!! No thank you! And the whole order was wrong! Like come on.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen in my life to eat out let me just show you all people what they served me and my friend the other night and we paid $21 for this. The tacos look like they have been made for hours I had to drive back around to get my sauce and they were just flat some of the cheese and lettuce was on the outside of the shells generally each at the exit 7 taco Bell which is by far great I get them five stars all day long but this taco Bell is new taco Bell I don't even think they deserve one star I will never ever go there and eat again and I think I need to speak with management cuz I like to have my damn money back

I went there as a special treat for dinner and I wanted to pick up something for my 2 dogs; I asked the woman at the speaker what I could get them and she helped me make a burrito each for them. I didn't realize they did put the sauce in and so I drove around and instead of having to wait in line a young man that was getting off of work it looked like ran in and got me some sauce. They were all very helpful.
