I was plesently suprised tonight. The food was great, store was nice and clean,and the staff was friendly. One of the few fast food places left getting everything right?

At store# 31585 in Bristol, TN. I went through the drive through at 115PM on Oct 15, 2020. You would think the food would be fresh and hot. No, it have been sitting in the bins for hours. No lie, the fries were so dried out I could smash a windshield with them. The hush puppies were so hard You could have bounced them off a brick wall and it wouldn’t have broke them apart and the fish was greasy and no taste. I get it, since they are only doing drive through and are too scared to open up like all the other restaurants you get lazy employees that don’t want to do their job. They think you will just get home and just throw it in the trash and not complain. Well LJS, get your act together and start serving fresh food. Until then, I will never go back with that quality.

The drive thru was backed up so we walked in to order & were very rudely notified we'd be waiting a while because the drive thru came 1st. The same worker was also rudely telling another customer he needed to go wait in his car for his food when we walked in
