Have trouble walking and carrying a tray. Sitting there in the parking lot eating what I settled for once again and be darn if a man didn’t come up to my truck and want to know if I could help out a disabled vet. I know what disabled vets get. No I didn’t enjoy my meal. Our government has made us a country of useless bums. Didn’t enjoy it at all. You picked a good time to send me this. Frustrating. Can’t eat where you want and then you have to deal with people wanting hand outs with all the jobs out there. The food was ok. Typical fast food. The experience pretty much sucked. Can’t hardly go there without someone wanting a hand out even though there are places begging for help all around that area. Plumb darn irritating. Would have been better off to have just went home. It’s not a hap hap happy place like the commercial used to say.

Have tried this McDonald's twice now since I have been in Bristol on a team building the new casino. Each time the customer service is garbage. No one seems polite. Very short in response and non friendly. And to make it worse both times now my food has looked like a child threw it together. It's not hard to change your gloves if there getting to messy. And it shouldn't be difficult to put a cheeseburger together properly. This will be the last time I eat here

Stopped to order breakfast, ordered a hot chocolate, food came out quickly but had to wait 5+ minutes for the Hot chocolate, ticket on cup and reciept said Hot Chocolate, but 10 miles down the road when I went to take a sip, it was coffee, almost got into an accident as spewed it across the dashboard. Paid $3 more for the Hot Chocolate...not happy.. Be sure to double check your order.
