The food brought me back to Ireland in an instant. If you have been to an Ireland pub then you know that presentation and it immediately gave me that feeling. The food was plentiful and flavorful. The Guinness was poured perfectly and our waitress was so nice and sincere. Whole place made me feel like home. Cannot wait to go again.

Great atmosphere. Good staff. Food is awesome, got to try the chicken tenders with the whiskey sauce. Can be a little slow sometimes, but overall great place to eat and drink.

We went to Kathleen's pub as a different dinner option while staying at Ragged Mountain. Well worth the extra time to get to this great little pub! The Bangers are real and the corned beef dinner could feed up to 3! Great food and drink, a must see!

4th time here, 3rd disappointment. We have tried our best to like this place, especially since my husband is 100% Irish & I’m half. Every time we come, half the menu is unavailable. I even personally messaged the owner after the second bad night explaining the bad dinner & service we had. She appreciated suggestions but seems nothing changes. Made Reservations for St Patrick’s day last week for 6pm seating for dinner tonight. They were out of shepherds pie, Guinness stew, & even pretzels! Expressed our frustration but no one cared. How can you be out of these critical Irish food before dinner. Music was ok but too mellow & boring for St. Patrick’s Day, audience recommended traditional Irish fun songs but only played one in two hours were we there. All around, not the place to go for St. Patrick’s Day.

My wife and I stopped here for a quiet dinner away, fantastic! Had the Beer Kegs appetizer, two different types of the "Out of the Box" Mac and Cheese and the bread pudding dessert. Everything was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. Great local eatery, highly recommend this option when in the Newfound area.
