The views here are out of the ordinary, yet when you step inside, the staff give you the extra/ordinary charm and kind service. The southern hospitality is strong here, and we felt so very welcome. Good food! Try the rainbow trout!

I had some breakfast in Bristol, Virginia. The food was hot and delicious. The service was excellent. Plenty of refills on my beverage, along with a to-go drink for my continued long journey. And the view of the valley of Bristol on the top of the hill was beautiful. I'll be stopping back on my return trip.

Ordered take out, got home to eat and the chicken livers were paper thin, hard and dried out, the okra was old and hard, the only thing decent was the mashed potatoes. Very disappointed in the quality of food for the price we paid, it was terrible, save your gas and your money☹🤢

Got Breakfast. Gravy was a bit basic. Grits where good. Biscuit was soft. Egg was sadly room temperature but cooked the way I wanted. Fish and chicken was to die for good. Like that made us for the few down sides. Server was nice and host seated us quickly.

Worst Cracker Barrel ever. Ordered three sausage biscuits, waited twenty minutes, this is what I was given. The manager was passive aggressive and didn’t want to give me a refund.

I ordered 3 meals and only got 2 when I drove like 15 minutes to pickup meals. This is not the first time this has happened. So today I choose to not order any thing take out from them not even sure I will go back. Manager offered 2 free meals but it didn't happen so that rather makes me mad too. So oh well reviews are the best thing I could do.

Our waitress was great. We were a table of eight. As a mother having to work on Mother's day, our waitress was funny, accommodating, patient with my nearly-deaf mother and four g'kids. We kept her hopping! Regarding the food, Cracker Barrel's chef should learn that a medium rare sirloin doesn't mean the blood should be running out of it.
