Italiano Cafe

Fast friendly staff. Our server was very polite and answered all my questions. Very small indoor seating, but also has very nice outdoor seating area. Food was hot and fresh and good. My husband especially liked the philly cheese steak. Prices were fair. They serve bottled drinks (20 oz or 2 liter). We will definitely return to try the pizza!

Coming back from Gatlinburg Tennessee all of us were starving so we quickly looked up on Google Maps for restaurants closest to us and this Italiano Cafe popped up. Not a very big place matter of fact while we were there there weren't really any indoor seating. They had a number of tables right out front and then a covered area with a few other tables. We all needed to use the restroom as well which is located outside on the back of the building. There was an older lady that was working and she was super sweet and chatted with us for a little bit. We ordered a pizza and I got a meatball sub. Food didn't take too long. The pizza was good, in my opinion it wasn't anything special but it definitely was good pizza. The meatball sub was a little soggy for me but the meatballs were actually really good. Definitely a local mom-and-pop shop. There was definitely a little in and out traffic while we were there. I could see this being a popular place for the locals. I would say it's a pretty good staple and if you needed to grab a pizza and a sub this wouldn't be a bad choice.

This place is a hidden little gem for pizza. Absolutely loaded with toppings and cheese. Some of the best I have found around this area! I always get the supreme with extra cheese and I also got the small antipasto salad. And don't let that small container fool you. Once opened, it was a HUGE entire plate full!!

Decided to take a day trip, looked up Italian places to eat-so happy this place came up, the food is very good & you get large portions. My only complaint is David ordered French fries but never received them with his cheese steak, also the building is fairly small inside, but other than that enjoyed eating there.

Wow! Freshly cooked and huge servings are the quality standard here. The food tastes delicious. We had chicken parm which came with two breast fillets and probably a pound of pasta. We got a piping hot extra cheese pizza with an excellent tomato sauce. A small one is only $6.99. Can't get that at home or anywhere on the road we've been so far. A side salad is half a head of lettuce, half a cucumber, half a tomato and half a sweet green pepper. Get off the highway and eat, eat, eat! The picture is after we dug in. We couldn't wait to eat!

If I could give Zero I would. I ordered Door Dash. They sent the wrong food. I called them, they were extremely rude, called me a liar. Told me I needed to bring the food back to prove I was telling the truth. (The whole point of me ordering Door Dash was because I could not drive). And the food that they DID send was cold, undercooked and greasy. This place is terrible and their service is terrible.

We first came here 6 years ago while on a road trip and have been pining for it ever since. Divine providence led us thru Bristol again and even though we had just squandered our hunger on McDonald's we had to stop anyways. BETTER than we remembered! One of the best Philly cheese steaks and calzone shops EVER. The highlight of my day. Thanks Italiano's xoxoxox P.s. now they have outside seating too
